New Healthcare range

New Healthcare Range. Dortrend International has announced an exciting new range of door fittings and accessories exclusively for the healthcare sector.  The new Healthcare Range comprises carefully selected items which help those designing or managing healthcare facilities to comply with HTM regulations and to ensure DDA compliance. In practice this means enabling the disabled and the infirm to select the right door and open it. Well designed handles allow wheelchair users to open large doors and Braille signs assist the visually handicapped. There are handles for office doors, ward doors and entrance doors, including the Dortrend "Hospital Handle" which has a lower canted portion to assist the disabled, and special equipment for bathroom facilities.
A range of antiligature products is also included to protect the vulnerable, and for those interested in an additional protection against disease transmission, an antibacterial coating can be applied to all of the items. The coating can be applied to any product and provides protection against all bacteria, viruses, moulds and any other organic infectious agent, leaving the surface clinically clean.
All the products in this range are designed by Dortrend and manufactured carefully in the UK. All products are available through a national network of distributors.
