Note to Editors:
TouchClean® is a registered trademark of Dortrend International.
Dortrend is a manufacturer of Door furniture based in the West Midland and has developed a specialist antibacterial coating TouchClean®. The coating is non-toxic and long lasting and works by “photocatalytic” action which breaks down pathogens by a form of oxidation driven by light from the sun or artificial sources. The product works indoors or out, wherever there is light to power the catalytic process. There is no chemical residue and nothing is transferred to user’s hands. The coating can be applied to all product types including metal, wood, plastic and paint.
